Support

Augmentum Studios Ltd provides support for Google Forms Sync. Write to us and include the monday account slug, the board name, and what you expected to happen. Leave out refresh tokens, passwords, and full form exports.

Setup help

The setup guide covers install, connecting Google, choosing a destination, and matching questions to columns. An account admin has to install the app. The first save on a board asks for monday access, including me:read.

Deletion requests

Email support@augmentumapps.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, the monday account id or slug, and the installing admin’s email. We delete that account’s app data in the same way as an uninstall. Items already written to the monday board remain in monday, because the app does not keep a copy of the answers.

Details of what is deleted, and how long other records are kept, are in the privacy policy.

Security reports

Email support@augmentumapps.com with the subject “Security”. Describe what you found, the URL, and when it happened. We acknowledge the report, investigate, and contain the issue. If the law requires notice to affected accounts or to a regulator, we send it. Please give us a reasonable chance to respond before any public disclosure.
