A monday.com app

Google Forms Sync

New Google Form responses become items or subitems on a monday.com board. Connect Google, choose a form, and match its questions to your columns.

Onto the board

Each form can create an item in a group, or a subitem under an item, with the answers in the columns you map.

Outside automations

Items are written with monday’s API. A sync does not draw on the account’s automation or integration allowance.

Not stored here

The app writes each response to the board as it arrives. It does not keep a copy of the answers.

What you set up

  • An account admin installs the app. Anyone who can edit the board can add the view.
  • Connect the Google accounts that can open the forms you want. You can connect more than one.
  • Map at least one question to a column, then save and enable the sync.
  • File uploads can be copied into a monday Files column, within the app’s size limits, or saved as Drive links in a text or link column.

What we store

Sync settings live in a database in the EU, together with encrypted Google and monday refresh tokens. The installing admin’s name, email, and country are encrypted as well.

When that admin opens the board view, me:read reads their own monday email and updates the stored address if it has changed.

The full account is in the privacy policy.
